Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at Hacienda Riquelm Golf Course, La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course and Mar Menor Golf Course. In high season, Polaris World provide free shuttle service between all the resorts.
A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping facilities and local restaurants.
The property is situated only 15 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. Our representative will meet you at the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport at a reasonable cost.

A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. Additional maid service can be arranged locally.

Booking notes
Changeover Day - Flexible. Normal arrival time is 15:00 and departure time is 10:00 however we are flexible depending on the time of the year and next arrival/departure date.
Your holiday property is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
